Three Decades of Thoughtful Audio
More than a decade before the term "podcast" was coined, Mars Hill Audio introduced an audio magazine. Starting from cassette tapes to CDs, then MP3 downloads, and currently available for streaming on their website or through their free app, the Mars Hill Audio Journal has evolved over time.
The cornerstone of their offerings is the audio Journal, a must-listen for those interested in exploring contemporary culture and Christian beliefs. Hosted by Ken Myers, this Journal features engaging interviews with various notable figures such as authors, critics, and artists.
Aside from the Journal, Mars Hill Audio produces audiobooks, anthologies, documentaries, and audio reprints from magazines and journals. Their extensive range of audio content can be streamed using the MHA app or saved for later listening. The app also facilitates easy searching through your library of audio products by guest names or topics.
Popular guests and topics include intriguing discussions such as Rebecca DeYoung on vainglory, Nicholas Carr on automation technologies, and Joel Salatin on farming practices aligned with Creation's order.
In addition to providing access to purchased products, the MHA app offers regular releases of free content from their 25-year archive, special features on current issues, and full recordings of the Areopagus Lecture series.
